Halloweeeeeeeeeeeeeeen

For Halloween we went to 2 trunk or treats and then went around the neighborhood for a while because it was a VERY warm day. The 4 years we have lived here it has snowed (at least a little) every year we have been here (5 Halloween's I guess). Anyway it was a great day and my kids had the perfect costumes. Breelynn was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, Kenzie was a pirate, and Grant was Eeyore. They were so stinking cute!! We had tons of fun too cuz it was pretty much the first year the kids were excited about it and actually went from house to house.

A Case of the missing Pumpkin

I took the kids to a FREE pumpkin patch today that they have been waiting for all week. Some lady told us about it last Saturday at the Homecoming parade. She said it was going to be from 11-1. We show up at 11:10 (I didn't want to be there right away if there was a huge crowd) and there was NO MORE pumpkins. No more. Can you believe it?? We show up 10 minutes after it starts and there is nothing. The lady offered us a chocolate chip cookie instead. Even though the cookie was almost the best cookie I have ever had, it wasn't a pumpkin.
Now, on the upside of this story my amazing friend saw us get there and waited to see if we got a pumpkin. She saw that we didn't and her adorable daughter gave us her pumpkin. SO sweet!!

So the case of the missing pumpkin is closed our friends cute daughter had our "missing pumpkin".

Ok so I have had so many people that I need to start blogging!! So here it goes. I am not very good with computer stuff so we will see! I suck actually! So happy reading to the poor sap who is reading!!
